The life-giving power of counting your wins

Your year no doubt had some setbacks and successes. And while I started out to encourage you to count the wins, the truth is both matter. Both have the power to shape you – and shape your year ahead.

If the spirit moves you, set aside some time today or tomorrow to reflect on both, and write them down. You can pour out your losses and wins on one list or divide them into columns. Either way, when you're done, you'll probably see some patterns.

Putting it all on paper (or computer) helps you see, maybe for the first time, what you've been through, how far you've come, and how you'd like 2026 to be different.

That last part is where your power lives.

P.S. Thank you for allowing me to encourage you this year. If you like these posts, I invite you to sign up to receive them straight to your inbox.
